Fit and Tone is a low-impact exercise class that works on improving functional strength and flexibility for those that need to be gentler on their bodies. But don't let the name fool you - low-impact exercise can be every bit as beneficial as high-impact exercise.
Not only does low-impact exercise come with the benefits of improved strength, lower blood pressure, and reduced stress, but this type of workout also cuts down on the risk of joint cartilage and musculoskeletal injury.
Building muscle also decreases the load on joints, offering a protective effect. Fit and Tone provides a chance to move and improve in a fun, high-energy environment.

Our Adults Martial Arts program is for ages 14 & up. Xtreme is open to ages 7 & up. Krav Maga is open to ages 15 & above.
